Job Summary/Responsibilities

—Position is designed to learn and gain experience while assisting with daily operations of an intercollegiate ticket office.
—Duties include, but are not limited to: providing the best customer service possible, processing ticket orders and allocating seats for season and single game requests via phone, mail, internet and ticket window for all sports.
—Hours are a combination of traditional office hours along with event times (nights/weekends).

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study (FWS) funding.

The desired candidate will need to provide excellent customer service.

Candidates will need to be available on nights and weekends.

The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance.
