Job Summary/Responsibilities

The BCH Dean’s Office is seeking a FWS Student Office Staff to assist with various responsibilities that include:

*Receptionist duties, such as directing phone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
*Maintain the orderliness & appearance of the various office spaces.
*Clerical duties, such as copying/faxing/scanning, assembling presentation materials, data entry, and tracking documents.
*Event preparations including set up and clean up.
*Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Applicants for this position must:
*be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding
*be available between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
*be committed to confidentially
*have excellent customer service and communication skills
