Job Summary/Responsibilities

This position will assist the University with creating excellence in the customer service experience. The employee will, through visits to various campus departments, food venues, and retail establishments, help the University gain in-depth knowledge of the student’s perception of service delivery on the campus. After completing a required training session, the employee will anonymously visit campus departments and retail establishments and then document the experience in detail using an online survey tool.

Required Qualifications

- Full or part time UNF undergraduate student
- Be available to conduct reviews during an 8 week span (Jan. 22 – Mar. 16) of the Spring 2018 term
- Conduct at least two meetings with an Academic Advising Unit during the Spring 2018 semester
- Attend training class prior to the start of the term
- Complete an electronic feedback review form at the end of the semester regarding the experience as an Osprey Eyes Reviewer
- Dependable
