Job Summary/Responsibilities

100% of time allocated to JTR AmeriCorps Grant Program

-Compiles and manages JTR AmeriCorps residents’ service data as required by programmatic guidelines.
-Maintains member hours time logs monthly. Prepares quarterly and annual progress reports documenting Residents’ service and volunteer hours as required.
-Attends required AmeriCorps training.
-Organizes & facilitates AmeriCorps related member orientation and training sessions.
-Coordinates other contractually required member trainings.
-Organizes and coordinates community service projects.
-Maintains records of volunteers recruited and hours of service.
-Assists JTR Recruitment Coordinator with fiscal tasks related to AmeriCorps funding.

Required Qualifications

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to organize multiple tasks related to detailed data management.
-Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Associates degree or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with grant-related data management and recordkeeping.
-School or university-related office experience.
-High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
