Assist front office secretary and staff with answering incoming calls and routing accordingly, filing paperwork, light typing, opening practice rooms, running errands, and other duties as assigned.

Applicants for this position must be eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding, must be enrolled in at least six semester hours, must attend FWS orientation, and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid.

Must be comfortable answering phone calls.
Must be comfortable running errands to other UNF departments.
Must have basic knowledge of filing alphabetically.
